Welcome to the B.J.J.A. website.

Here you will find information relating to Ju-Jitsu and in particular its presence in Malta.

In 1989 after gaining his Shodan, Sensei John Sevasta founded the Bushido Ju-Jitsu Academy, whereby he commenced to teach Ju-Jitsu as a no-nonsense Martial Art based on its core combat and self-defence qualities. By browsing our web site, you can learn all about Ju-Jitsu in Malta and our team of seriously dedicated Ju-Jitsu and self-defense practioners. See the section entitled 'What is Self Protection?' for more information.

If you are a new visitor and wish to get an overview of the BJJA web site, we suggest you use the Sitemap, which gives a brief explanation of the different sections. Alternatively you can use the menu at the bottom of each page or the menu on the left, for quicker access to the areas wich interest you most. We are working on an a Macromedia Flash based interactive introduction giving a quick overview of Ju-Jitsu and the Academy's endeavours in general.

Feel free to send us in comments and suggestions. We love to learn from your feedback.
If you have any questions or are interested in joining the Bushido Ju-Jitsu Academy please do not hesitate to contact us.

Any body interested can visit the Bushido Ju-Jitsu Academy premises during class hours.
